All decisions of the Sponsor with respect to any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the eligibility of entries and the selection of the prize winner, are final and binding, without the right of appeal, on all entrants in all matters as they relate to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Facebook and Instagram), X Corp., or any other social media company or platform (together, the “Social Media Companies”). Each entrant of the Sweepstakes agrees to completely release the Social Media Companies of all liability in relation to the Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor and not to the Social Media Companies. Entrants must comply with the terms of use of the Social Media Companies.

The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00a.m. ET on February 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 01, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). No Entries (as defined below) will be accepted outside of the Sweepstakes Period. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of the Sweepstakes will be the Sponsor’s time-keeping device(s).

To be eligible to enter and to win the Sweepstakes, a participating individual must be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec) who has reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its parent and affiliate companies, representatives, agents, and all advertising and promotion agencies involved in the operation of the Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children and their respective spouses) and all members of their respective households (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor, including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes; and/or (ii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes in accordance with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of the Sweepstakes Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.

Sponsor will include up to one (1) “SuperSticker Spectacular Series” redemption card in packs of SuperSticker Spectacular Series product (each, a “Redemption Card”) that will allow Entrants the opportunity to enter in the Sweepstakes and win one (1) of fifteen (15) VeeFriends Series 2 Spectacular NFTs as outlined in subject to these Sweepstakes Rules as outlined in Section 7 (the “Prize”). The approximate secondary-market value of each Prize is $2,051.67.

No Purchase Necessary. There are two entry methods available (each, an “Entry”). Each person submitting an Entry is an “Entrant”:

1. Supersticker Packs. Chances of receiving a Redemption Card with the purchase of a SuperSticker Spectacular Series product are approximately 1:6. Limit, two (2) Entries per household.
2. Free Mail-In Entry. To enter without making a purchase, send a 3x5 card in a #10 envelope with your first and last name, email address, and mailing address to SuperSticker Spectacular Series Sweepstakes, VeeFriends 10 Hudson Yards – 25th FL, New York, NY 10001. No metered mail. Limit two (2) entry per household, P.O. Boxes are not permitted for Entry return address. Only one card per envelope, mailed separately, postmarked by September 1, 2026 and received by September 08, 2026.You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter and win. Failure to comply will result in all Entries being disqualified. Drawings to determine whether Entrants will receive Redemption Cards or not will occur on or about September 10, 2026. Redemption Cards shall be awarded to no purchase necessary entrants at the same ratio as the availability of the Redemption Cards in SuperSticker Spectacular Series sticker packs. Canada residents will be required to first correctly answer the following mathematical skill-testing question. Include on a 3 x 5 card the answer to the following skill-test question: 55 * 9 + 7 – 44 = ?. By submitting a mail-in Entry, you will be automatically added to Sponsor’s promotional mailing list. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link to “Unsubscribe” contained within any marketing email. Automated entries, entries which use or in any way incorporate artificial intelligence or any other simulation of human intelligence or process through the use of a machine or computer system (collectively, “Artificial Intelligence”), either in the creation or submission of the entry or as a part of any entry, and/or third-party entries are prohibited. Any entry that was created by using, or in any way incorporates, Artificial Intelligence, or that was created or made by a third party, will be void, and the entrant who submitted such an entry may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address, social media account, or mailing address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses or any other method will void all of that entrant’s entries, and that entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. Normal Internet, phone and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected or illegible entries; lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware) or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant or participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. If it is discovered by the Sponsor (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsor) that any person has attempted to obtain an Entry to the Sweepstakes not in keeping with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of the Sweepstakes Rules, including by attempting to redeem multiple free Entries; then they may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible, damaged, mutilated, delayed, incomplete, incompatible, altered or otherwise irregular Entries (all of which are void) or Entries submitted through illicit means or that do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions of the Sweepstakes Rules. To participate, Entrants must redeem a Redemption Card during the Sweepstakes Period by scanning the QR code or by visiting http://veefriends.com/spectacularsweepsofficialrules and enter the scratch off code each located on the back of the Redemption Card where directed. Entrants will be required to login to their VEEFRIENDS.com account or create a new account. Limit two (2) redemptions per Entrant. Additional redemptions will be disqualified. Further, each Redemption Card may only be redeemed one time and redemptions are non-transferrable. Redemption cards are void after the Entry Period, if the scratch off code is damaged or illegible, or if not redeemed in accordance with these Official Rules. All entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Entries”. There is no cost to redeem a Redemption Card, however internet access charges and/or wireless data rates may apply.

If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, prize winner(s) will be selected in accordance with the winner selection method described above from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of the prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or those outside of their control. On or about December 17, 2026, Sponsor, or an employee, agent, or other representative of Sponsor, will select the name of potential winners of prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified on or about October 05, 2026 by email. NO ONE IS A CONFIRMED PRIZE WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THE SPONSOR OFFICIALLY CONFIRMS HIM/HER AS A PRIZE WINNER, EVEN IF SUCH PERSON IS ANNOUNCED AS THE WINNER OR AN ELIGIBLE WINNER BEFORE BEING DECLARED AS A CONFIRMED PRIZE WINNER. The eligible Prize Winners will be required to complete and return, within forty-eight (48) hours, a release form (the “Release”) to be delivered to Prize Winners via AdobeSign confirming their (i) eligibility for the Sweepstakes; (ii) compliance with the Sweepstakes Rules; (iii) acceptance of the Prize as awarded, without substitution; (iv) consenting to use of their name, voice, likeness, testimonial, information and address for the purpose of advertising, trade or promotion, in any media now or hereafter, throughout the world in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration; and (v) releasing the Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, contractors and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the operation of the Sweepstakes and the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of the Prize or participation in any prize-related activity. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the eligible Prize Winners understand and acknowledge that they may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from the Released Parties should the Prize fail to be fit for their purpose or are in any way unsatisfactory. For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, by accepting the a, an eligible Prize Winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Released Parties if the Prize or any component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part. As a condition of becoming a winner and receiving a prize, any potential winner who is a resident of Canada must answer correctly a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without the aid of any computing device. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct an alternative test of skill in lieu of the mathematical skill-testing question at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law. If an eligible Prize winner declines the Prize or fails to return the properly executed Release, then they will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to a Prize).

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, the terms, and conditions of the Sweepstakes Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. Except where prohibited, Entrants domiciled in Canada agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Federal Court of Canada in the Province of Ontario or the appropriate Provincial Court located in Toronto; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes not to exceed fifty Canadian dollars (C$50.00), but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
