1. Promotion Period:

   The Eruption 1 | Dynamic Dinosaur Sweepstakes ("Promotion") begins 9:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on February 21, 2023 and ends 9:00 AM ET on March 2, 2023 (the "Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility:

   The Promotion is open to individuals who are the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of date of entry and are current VeeFriends members with a digital wallet and have at least one (1) BOOKGAMES tokens as of 8:59 AM ET on 2/21/23 ("Entrant"). Employees of VeeFriends LLC ("Sponsor"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners and prize suppliers (collectively, "Released Parties"), and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win. Void in all Countries embargoed by the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable laws and regulations apply.

3. How To Enter:

   During the Promotion Period, you will receive entries when you enter at veefriends.com/burn-island ("Site") and login to your VeeFriends account. Upon logging in, Entrants can confirm if they are eligible to participate in the Promotion. To be eligible, you must have at least one (1) BOOKGAMES token(s). If you are eligible and wish to participate in the Promotion, you can burn one (1) BOOKGAMES token to earn one (1) entry into the Promotion ("Burned Entry") for each Burned token. By executing the burn function on your NFT, it is a permanent and irreversible action, making it no longer available for ownership or trade. You must include your digital wallet address supported on MetaMask, WalletConnect or other wallet extensions or gateways as allowed on the Site. When you provide your cryptocurrency wallet, you understand and agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and your control over any wallet-related authentication credentials, private or public cryptocurrency keys, non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrencies that are stored in or are accessible through your wallet. Standard data/usage rates from your online/phone service provider may

   apply. You may only submit your wallet and email address once. 2) If you wish to participate and do not wish to burn your BOOKGAMES token(s), or you want to earn additional Entries, you may enter by hand-printing your first and last name, complete mailing address, telephone number, email address associated with your VeeFriends account, and date of birth on a plain 3"x5" piece of paper and mailing in a hand-addressed stamped envelope, with sufficient postage to be mailed to the U.S. to: Eruption 1 | Dynamic Dinosaur Sweepstakes, Attn: James Cook, 10 Hudson Yards, Floor 25, New York, NY 10001 USA. Limit one (1) Mailed Entry per envelope. Mailed Entries must be postmarked by March 2, 2023 and received by March 10, 2023 to be entered into the random drawing. Mailed Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

   
   

   There is no limit to the number of entries per person in total (either by Burned Entries or Mailed Entries or a combination of Entries). Incomplete and/or inaccurate Mailed Entries are void. Burned Entries and Mailed Entries will be collectively referred to as "Entries".

4. Random Drawing/odds:

   One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 13, 2023 from among all eligible Entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor at their office in NY USA. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.

5. Prize And Approximate Retail Value In Us Dollars ("Arv"):

   Grand Prize (1): A Gary Originally Owned (GOO) Lava Dynamic Dinosaur token. t. ARV: USD$12,000. The prize will be awarded to the digital wallet associated with the winner's VeeFriends account. Any taxes or duties on the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of winner. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute an item of equal or greater value in the event the token is not available for any reason.

6. Winner Notification/prize Fulfillment:

   The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified on or about March 14, 2023 via email and will then be required to sign and return, a Declaration of Eligibility/Release of Liability and where legal, a Publicity Release within 48 hours of notification attempt. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate winner being selected. Prize or prize notification returned as non-deliverable will result in disqualification and the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected and notified as indicated above. If winner is a Canadian resident, he/she must answer unaided time-limited arithmetic skill-testing question as a condition to winning the prize. Upon receipt of the Declaration of Eligibility/Release of Liability and confirmation of eligibility, winner will be sent their prize within seven (7) or being confirmed the winner.

7. General Rules:

   By participating in this Promotion, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor/Administrator. By accepting prize, winner agrees that the Sponsor and those acting

   under the Sponsor's authority may use winner's name, picture/portrait, likeness, and/or hometown/country, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that Sponsor and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and Promotion agencies, including the Administrator, and their directors, employees, representatives and agents, partners and prize suppliers have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by winner for any liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind (including death) to persons, and property damages sustained, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Promotion or any prize- related activity. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Promotion materials or the offering or announcement of the prize. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud,technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and award the prize from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entry. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information or late, or incomplete Entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server provider, network, hardware or software; (c) the unavailability or

   inaccessibility of the Site or service; (d) unauthorized intervention in any part of the Entry process or this Promotion; or (e) printing, typographical, electronic or human errors which may occur in the Promotion or administration of this Promotion or the processing of Entries. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of any dispute regarding these rules printed in other languages, the English version of these rules will govern and prevail.

8. Disputes:

   Entrants/winner agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or the prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively by the United States Federal Court in California USA or the appropriate State Court located in California in the U.S.; Entrants/winner submit to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts exclusively in the United States Court for San Francisco County, California in the U.S. or the appropriate State Court located in California for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrants/winner be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrants/winner hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants/winner or the Sponsor and its agencies in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of California in the U.S., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the state of California, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of California in the U.S.

9. Privacy/compliance:

   Any personal information that you provide in connection with the Promotion shall be used by Sponsor to administer this Promotion, contact Entrants, and for the other purposes set forth in the Sponsor's privacy policy. By entering this Promotion, you agree to Sponsor's collection of personal information and accept their privacy policy. If Entrant authorizes, by opting in, Sponsor may provide Entrant with information relating to products, services and promotions of Sponsor and affiliates of Sponsor. Participation in this Promotion is subject to the Sponsor's Terms of Use/Privacy Policy located https://veefriends.com/privacy-policy. Your personal data/Entry information will be transferred to the United States. Pursuant to EU law pertaining to data collection and processing, you have a right of access to, modification and withdrawal of your personal data. You also have the right of opposition to the data collection, under certain circumstances. 10. Winner:

    For the name of the Grand Prize winner, available after March 30, 2023 (for a period of at least 30 days), send an email to: support@veefriends.com with Eruption 1 | Dynamic Dinosaur Sweepstakes WINNER as the subject line. Winner will be sent after the prize has been awarded.
