Prepare for an explosive adventure with Burn Island Eruption 4: Wolf.Game Auction! This latest Eruption offers all Series 2 token holders the chance to win prizes through the auction that lasts for 6 days. The auction starts on Tuesday, April 4th at 4 PM ET and ends on Monday, April 10 at 4 PM ET. In this auction, the 23 users who bid the most reign supreme.
To participate in the auction, you must own any Series 2 VeeFriends token and be prepared to burn Wolf Pack Mini Drops tokens. The rewards are worth the effort, with 1st through 23rd place winners receiving "unused, full-energy" prizes from GaryVee's Wolf Game NFT collection, including a Gen 0 Alpha 7 Wolf, Gen 1 Alpha 6 Wolf, One Structure Genesis Land, a pool of over 1,000,000 $WOOL, and 10 Farmers.
To participate in the auction, your bid size equals the number of tokens you burn. You can increase your bid by purchasing additional tokens if someone outbids you. After the auction, only prize-winning bids will have their tokens officially burnt, while non-winning bids will have their tokens returned to their wallet.

Burn Island is a platform that lets VeeFriends holders turn their NFTs into possible physical or virtual prizes using deflationary technology. How Does This Burn Island Auction Work?
When you participate in the Burn Island auction by placing a bid, you transfer your tokens to the VeeFriends temporary holding wallet. These wallets are utilized to keep track of the tokens involved in active bids, and those who do not win will receive their tokens back once the event has ended. The difference between this Eruption vs. previous Eruptions is that Eruption 4 will occur on Ethereum Mainnet, not IMX/Layer 2.
Burning on Ethereum Mainnet
This auction is on mainnet, meaning unlike BOOK GAMES (which is on Layer 2 IMX), burning your NFTs will look a bit different.
As part of mainnet transactions, you can expect two transactions with gas (check gas in real-time) associated with burning for this eruption.
Step 1 - Set Approval For All: A one-time transaction for approval and the burning transaction. You will be required to sign and approve "Set Approval For All." Approval is only required once unless revoked after the bid and is used to allow the transfer of more than one token to help save on GAS.
Step 2 - BURN Your NFT: After you complete the Set Approval For All transaction, you can burn your NFT(s). **** Transactions on mainnet can take longer to complete than Layer 2 IMX. Typically the transaction can take 30 seconds to 2 minutes if your gas is set to the recommended amount (The preset amount has over a 90% chance of being in the next block). If you slow down your gas, it may take over 15 minutes.

A: Once the auction is over, VeeFriends team will confirm the leaderboard results with the mainnet API., then announcements will be made across VeeFriends Twitter and Discord.
How will the winners be notified?
A: The winners will receive an email confirmation from the VeeFriends team on the next steps to receive their prize.
Will all entries be publicly shown?
A: Yes, all entries will be displayed on the public leaderboard!
Can I place an initial bid and buy more Wolf Pack Mini Drops to strengthen my bid?
A: Yes, you may buy more Wolf Pack Mini Drops tokens after your initial bid and burn them to increase your bid size as long as it is submitted from the same VeeFriends account.
If I don't win the auction, will my Wolf Pack Mini Drop tokens still be burned?
A: If you are not among the winners, your tokens will be returned to your wallet.
How does the tie-breaker work if multiple bidders have the same amount of bids?
A: The tie-breaker winner will be determined by the earliest bidder out of the tied bids.
Will there be a mail-in component for this Eruption?
A: No, Burn Island Eruption 4 is an auction. As such, mail-ins are not eligible entries.
