With the launch of VeeFriends Series 2 expected in April of 2022, there is so much excitement around what to expect and how to prepare. Although not much has been revealed, over the weekend GaryVee dropped hints on the 15 new characters being introduced in Series 2 on Twitter and some alpha in the VeeFriends discord.
Let's take a step back and provide a little context here before we dive into some VeeFriends Series 2 specifics. First off, if you are entirely new to the community or just arrived during our BOOK GAMES release, it's important to note that VeeFriends Series 1 is the inaugural collection we dropped back in May 2021. This collection consists of 10,255 total NFTs that all come with access to a multi-year megaconference VeeCon, vary in rarity, character types, and include exclusive access and gift tokens. VeeFriends Series 2 will be the follow up to Series 1 and will offer a lower entry cost for new holders to join the VeeFriends community. There is much more information and details to be released in the coming months, but here is what we know so far:
VeeFriends Series 2 will cost under $1,000 USD in Ethereum.
Expected to launch in April 2022.
Holding a BOOK GAMES token will act as a "Friends Pass" for VeeFriends Series 2. (aka a potential opportunity to mint ahead of the public).
The ONLY way you will be able to mint any of the 15 NEW VeeFriends Series 2 characters is by burning BOOK GAMES tokens.
Please know, it is not guaranteed BOOK GAMES tokens will allow you access to pre-mint series 2 or the new VeeFriends series 2 characters, BUT, BOOK GAMES tokens are the only way to have the chance to do so!
It is not yet confirmed what or how many BOOK GAMES tokens are needed to have a chance to mint one of these 15 new characters, but it's safe to say the more BOOK GAMES tokens you have, the better your odds are to have the opportunity to mint one of these 15 new characters.
