Eruption 13 CLOSED - OSF's Tribute to VeeCon 2023 in "Indy Canal 2023"

Eruption 13 took its final bow on Burn Island, with the focal point being OSF's captivating "Indy Canal 2023" scene. This Scene Swap generated 100 swaps, and paid homage to VeeCon 2023 in Indianapolis, skillfully incorporating the iconic canal into its unique design. Eruption 13 was open for participation until December 1st, 12 PM ET. This exclusive Scene Swap required participants to own both "Rektography" and a VeeFriends Series 2 token, serving as a touching homage to OSF's Gift Goat collaboration with VeeFriends.

Fanatics Live Streams Reveal Amazing Pulls

Our Cyber Monday Livestream featured exciting promo codes, and rare pulls like the Epic Decisive Duck, Epic Thoughtful Three Horned Harpik, and the 1/1 Lava You're Gonna Die Fly. For the first time, Gary even gave away the Zealous Zombie Vinyl prototype. Despite receiving a $3,750 offer live on stream, the winner declined.

Tuesday's broadcast embraced Giving Tuesday with various giveaways. A late-night guest star appearance by in-office talent Rob Jua added a fun touch, prompting a call for more engaging moments with the team.

VeeFriends hosts livestreams on Fanatics Live weekly on Tuesdays at 5:55PM EST, as well as various pop-up streams, so keep an eye on @veefriendscards twitter and set your reminders for the next round!

Behind the PFP- Tena

Name:Tena

Twitter Handle: @ArtByTena

Hometown: Mount Pleasant, Michigan

Bio:

Meet Tena, known as @ArtByTena on Twitter. Raised in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, Tena's upbringing was shaped by her parents — a theater actor dad and a nurse mom. Despite facing the challenge of her father's demise, Tena's journey led her to Hollywood at the age of 20. Over the next five years, she directed indie films, performed comedy, and ventured into voiceovers. Her path includes the pivotal moments of gaining sobriety seven years ago and discovering VeeFriends two years ago. Tena is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Fine Arts at University. She is an abstract painter at heart, and translates music and movies into her art. Tena plans to paint every VeeFriends character on large canvases.

What VeeFriends Means to Tena:

For Tena, VeeFriends means the world. As an only child caring for her 75-year-old mother, VeeFriends has become her family. It provided her with a sense of belonging, kindness, empathy, and unconditional love. Through this community, Tena found her passion for art and performance, rebuilding the self-confidence she had lost. She expresses her dedication through projects like "365 Portraits of Gary."

Favorite VeeFriends Character:

The Bubbly Buzzard holds a special place in Tena's heart. Inspired by childhood memories with her father at AstroWorld Theme Park, this character symbolizes resilience, confidence, and a bubbly smile that finds joy in everything.

Fun Fact:

Tena is a trained mezzo/soprano singer who can imitate several celebrities and accents, although she's still too shy to sing in public.
