All VeeFriends Series 2 Tokens to Remain 1/1s
The background and character of each VeeFriends Series 2 digital collectible is a unique 1/1 artwork by design and this will remain true as new scenes are introduced to the VeeFriends universe. We implemented technical parameters to ensure no duplicates of a character, scene, and pose exist, allowing ALL VeeFriends Series 2 tokens to remain true 1/1s.
These swaps will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. When you complete your burn and select a specific pose/character combo, you'll secure your spot for swapping to the new scene.
How This Works for Series 2 Spectaculars and Gift Goats
While all Series 2 Spectaculars are in the Competing pose, they are all inherently 1/1s due to the physical embodiment of their Spectacular trait. There is only 1 of each Spectacular type for each character, and this will remain true for scene swaps. With Gift Goats having the same scene and only two poses, they are all inherently 1/1s due to the unique number on their tag. With these details in mind, Series 2 Spectaculars and Gift Goats do not need a character/pose parameter in place as their 1/1 nature is inherent and won't be affected by Scene Swaps.

As laid out above, there is only one swap allowed for each character and pose combination in Series 2. To save yourself time, prior to deciding whether to burn and Scene Swap, we recommend that you first check if your particular character + pose combination has already been swapped.

What is a Scene Swap?
Scene Swaps are a unique way to transform your VeeFriends Series 2 token(s) artwork by changing the scene through Burn Island. VeeFriends will collaborate with various artists and brands to create exclusive Series 2 Scenes, allowing Eruption participants to alter the appearance and metadata of their tokens permanently.
*It's important to note that your Series 2 NFT will NOT be burned. You will, at times, be required to burn a different VeeFriends token such as BOOK GAMES, or other eligibility requirements, while some swaps may not require a burn to change your existing Series 2 token Scene and related metadata properties information. The choice of change falls within your hands, you choose your own destiny. If you do not participate in Burn Island "Scene Swaps," no metadata altering will happen, and your Series 2 token will remain in its original state.
How to Scene Swap
Scene Swap is an incredibly easy process, just follow the steps below and you should have no issue with the lava flow of metadata changes that will occur:

Verify your eligibility by logging into your account and clicking "Check Eligibility"
If you qualify, you will receive a prompt to proceed to the next steps, click "Proceed"
Choose the token(s) you wish to burn and acknowledge the Terms and Conditions
Handpick your eligible Series 2 Tokens for Scene Swap!
After you make your selection, you will be redirected to a 'Preview Page' where you will be able to see the potential final products of your burn-scene swap - click 'Accept' if you are satisfied with the changes you are about to make to your token scenes.
Finally, confirm and execute the token burn
Please Note: One swap will be available for each unique character pose. Holders of the same character can only swap if their pose differs from those already swapped. Tokens that have already had their combo pose/scene swapped will appear in the "Ineligible Tokens" section of the token selection screen. This does not directly apply to Series 2 Spectaculars or Gift Goats for reasons presented above.

A: There is no announced future utility for this scene. This Scene Swap allows holders to swap their Series 2 scene with unique artwork for collectibility.
How many Scenes are available to Scene Swap?
A: There will be 2 scenes available to burn/swap for this Eruption - one for non-Spectacular Series 2 tokens and one for Spectacular tokens. The scene will update on the metadata/properties that can be seen on OpenSea and your VeeFriends.com account.
Can I return to my original Series 2 Scene if I change my mind?
A: In this Eruption, all Scene Swaps are final once completed. You will not be able to revert back to your original Series 2 scene.
Can I get a Series 2 VeeFriends & BOOK GAMES Token now AFTER the announcement and participate in this Eruption?
A: Yes you may obtain the required tokens after the Eruption launch. To participate in Eruption 11, you will need at least (1) Series 2 VeeFriends token and (1) BOOK GAMES token during the Eruption 11 duration period.
Can I preview the token artwork of this swap before submitting the irreversible burn to swap?
A: Yes, you'll have access to a token preview as part of the process, allowing you to review the artwork before deciding to proceed with the swap.
What are "ineligible Series 2 tokens" in the swapping process?
A: Ineligible Series 2 tokens are tokens that are not eligible for this Scene Swap. This can be because someone else has already swapped that character + pose combination, or if you have already Scene Swapped that particular token in this eruption. Ineligible S2 tokens will not appear in the selection list, making it easier to prevent their accidental selection on the technical side. Actively Competing Pose tokens are not eligible for Eruption 11.
If I accidentally close out during the swapping process, what should I do?
A: If you accidentally close out during the swapping process, you can try again and should be met with any technical difficulties. If you have any issues please reach out to support@veefriends.com.
What should I do if I get stuck on the swap page and need assistance?
A: Ideally, you should wait on the swap page for the process to complete. However, if you encounter issues or have questions, you can reach out to our support team at support@veefriends.com. Keep in mind that once you hit the "submit" button, the process runs on the backend, and it will still complete even if you leave the page. You may not see a success message immediately, but most swaps, especially those involving fewer than 5 tokens, should finish in approximately 10 seconds (though larger batches may take a bit longer).
