VeeFriends is proud to announce our partnership with Macy's and Toys"R"Us®, to launch our very-first limited series of figure and plush collectible characters. This collection launches on October 17th (U.S. pre-order starts today), and brings the VeeFriends characters to life, from digital NFT to physical collectibles, allowing for the first time anyone the chance to own a VeeFriends character. Each collectible plush or figure also has a printed QR code that currently leads its owner to a 3D animated heartfelt short film or character song.
Founder and CEO Gary Vaynerchuk curated the six unique characters out of the 283 characters in VeeFriends for this first collection:

Each VeeFriends figure and plush character has a unique story behind their bespoken trait including Be The Bigger Person, Common Sense Cow, Genuine Giraffe, Gratitude Gorilla, Practical Peacock, and Willful Wizard. Everyone can learn the story of each featured VeeFriends character through the printed QR code and across VeeFriends content channels through their respective animated short film or song.

Q: Who created the toys? A: The collection features plush and/or vinyl figure character sets designed by London-based entertainment company, Toikido - that will be exclusively available at macys.com, the Macy's mobile app, and at all Macy's stores in the United States, and on shop.veefriends.com for international purchasers.
Q: Is there a limit per order? A: Not limited to domestic orders. However, international orders can purchase up to 1 of each character in each style due to limited supply.
Q: When will my purchase/claim be shipped? A:
10/4 - Domestic pre-orders are available and ship after 10/17. Tracking email will come from Macy's.
10/17 - Domestic in-store and online go live. Tracking email will come from Macy's.
10/17 - International purchases go live and shipping will start within 2 weeks of confirmed order. Tracking email will come from VeeFriends Shopify.
10/4 - Holder claim will be open for 2 weeks, starting from 10/4 and ends on 10/18. Holders claim will ship within 4–5 business days after the claim deadline. Tracking email will come from VeeFriends Shopify.
Q: What are the QR codes? Where are they? A: The QR codes are a unique opportunity for storytelling with each respective VeeFriends character. The QR code can be found on the plushie as a hang tag and the QR code can be found inside the box of the figurines.
Q: What is the supply and rarity? A: Supply is not disclosed, however, supply of each product is equal per character!
Q: Do I have to buy a product to attend the "GaryVee In-Store Appearance Event"? A: No.
Q: I can't RSVP to the event. It says "ineligible claim" why is that?
A: When it states "ineligible claim" it means this event has met the RSVP max capacity.
Q: I am an international holder who is claiming my token - will I need to pay customs fees on my VeeFriends Plush/Figures when they arrive in my country? A: The item will be shipped as a gift, any additional cost will be dependent on receiver. Please note, unfortunately, some users may experience custom fees beyond the typical 0–30% range (while others are not) and this is a case by case basis dependent on region and/or even custom agents.
