What Are They?

VeeCon custom hotel key cards are designed exclusively for VeeCon 2023 hotels. They feature a sleek and futuristic design highlighting the VeeCon mascot–VeeCon Viper! There are 4 total designs, and each card will be printed with the VeeCon logo and VeeCon Viper.

How Do They Work?

Our custom key cards function just like regular hotel key cards. When you check in, you'll be given one card per person booked in your room. This card will grant you access to your room and any other areas of the hotel that require keycard access. Also, don't worry about returning your key card after the conference. They are yours to keep!

What Happens If You Lose Your Card?

We believe that small touches can make a big difference. By providing custom hotel key cards at participating hotels, we hope to add an extra layer of hype and style to the stay. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements for lost VeeCon-branded hotel key cards. We encourage our attendees to keep their key cards in a safe and secure location throughout their stay. If you do happen to misplace your card, please notify the front desk at your respective hotel to receive a non-branded replacement card.

What are the 7 VeeCon affiliated hotels?

I booked from 1 of the 7 affiliated hotels but not through the VeeCon portal. Will I still be eligible to receive the custom key card?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot access any reservations booked directly with hotels to move them into the VeeCon block. The guests would need to book a separate reservation within VeeCon's room block and then cancel the reservation they booked directly (we always suggest that they check the cancellation policy on the direct reservation first, to make sure they can cancel with no penalty).

I don't remember which link I used to book, but it was from VeeCon/VeeFriends. Will I still be eligible to receive the custom key card?

A: VeeCon/VeeFriends has only shared the VeeCon Portal link. If you do not remember what the site looked like, confirm with the hotel you booked from, and you should have received a discounted price if you did book with the VeeCon Portal link.

Will I be able to receive multiple key cards if I'm checking in as 1 person?

A: We created the custom key cards based on the expected attendees. The hotels are aware the number of key cards distributed is based on the number of guests per room. However, we kindly ask our guests to respect each other's opportunity to receive a custom key card. We understand these cards may be a special memento for you, but please remember that they are in limited supply. We encourage you to take only one key card per person to give others the same opportunity.
