We are pleased to inform our community VeeFriends Compete and Collect Trading Cards have been officially shipped out to Series 2 minters! Roughly 48,000 total boxes have been shipped out around the world!
Moving forward we will be working on outlier cases and/or any additional customer support that may need our attention. For the most efficient support, please review your Order History and read the following blog post to understand how the VeeFriends team can best support you!
🚨 REMINDER: Only Series 2 Minters, aka those who purchased Series 2 NFTs initially at launch, are eligible to receive a box of VeeFriends Compete and Collect Trading Cards per NFT minted.
Expecting to receive your VeeFriends Compete and Collect Trading Cards but haven't received any tracking information yet? It could be one of the following reasons below!
During the early stages of the Series 2 launch, there were technical difficulties that may have led to a small group of user data not properly saved into the database for order processing, so it shows the order with "empty" details in Order History.
To confirm your shipping information is properly saved, follow the steps below:
Click "Connect Wallet" at the top left, and make sure you connect the wallet you minted with!
Click the top right Yellow button that has your wallet address displayed.
Click "Order History"
Your information should show under each completed order if it is inputted. If it is empty, click the blue "Edit Address" button, and input your information. After filling out the information, your order will be processed on our end and inputted into our database to start the fulfillment process!
As of January 1, 2020, all shipments to The Federative Republic of Brazil are required to include the recipient's Tax ID number on customs forms and shipping labels. To ship your VeeFriends Compete and Collect boxes into The Federative Republic of Brazil we will need either your:
CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas FÃsicas, Individual Tax ID [format: 000.000.000–00])
or
CNPJ (Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa JurÃdica, Business Tax ID [format: 00.000.000/0000–00]
An email to all Brazilian users has been sent out via info@veefriends.com in order for you to send us the Tax ID! If you did receive this email, you can reply with the updated information and we will enter this into the database to be processed! Didn't receive an email?
Please email info@veefriends.com with the issue you fall under with details, in this case Brazil Resident issue and provide Tax ID number.
To ship to international countries, addresses must be with non-roman characters. (Example: Symbols/Characters from different languages in non-roman character form)
For all users that submitted non-roman characters, we have reached out via info@veefriends.com, requesting updated information in order for us to fulfill your order! If you did receive this email, you can reply with the updated information and we will enter this into the database to be processed! Didn't receive an email?
Please email info@veefriends.com with the issue you fall under with details, in this case Non-Roman Characters/Invalid Address Characters and provide the correct address in Roman Characters.
Depending on the country you live in, you may have received an email from your customs office because they need an invoice from you in order to release the package.
In order to receive an invoice from us, you can email info@veefriends.com asking for an invoice, and provide your legal first and last name and your order details.
VeeFriends Team announced certain international countries' duty costs would be covered by the shipper, however, other duties would be covered by the recipient. For countries that are not covered, customs agents may reach out to request that you pay the customs fee associated with the country you reside in. We have this mentioned in our blog post (question 5 in the FAQ section) that states the following:
"EU, UK, Canada, Mexico, and Australia delivery duty costs will be covered by the shipper, which means no additional duty cost upon receiving.
For all other countries, duties will be covered by the recipient, which means customers can expect duties (country-specific) to typically range around 0–30% (~$0-$15) of the product value. The value of the box is $43 excluding shipping; they will be marked as gifts."
For all DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) deliveries, recipients can expect duties (country-specific) needed to be paid in order to receive their Compete and Collect trading cards. Unfortunately, some users are experiencing charges beyond the typical range (while others are not) and this is a case-by-case basis dependent on region and/or even custom agents.
The package was en route to be delivered, but was returned to us due to one of a few reasons:
Unable to Deliver → Invalid Address
Customs Unable to Collect Payment
KYC was not provided by the Receiver
Refused by Receiver
Invoice Declined
We have sent emails out to users with an Invalid Address, users who need to provide their KYC, and users who had their Invoice Declined in order to attempt to reship the package(s). For users who Refused the Package, or did not Pay Customs Fees, we will unfortunately not attempt to reship a package.
Upon receipt and inspection, you have received a significantly damaged box and/or cards.
Email info@veefriends.com for support with a detailed description and images of the significantly damaged box and/or cards.
You have a tracking ID but are still unable to locate your package.
Once tracking status is "delivered", please allow 2, 3 business days for any shipments that may be lagging from completion. If it has been more than 2, 3 business days, please contact your local carrier for assistance and file a claim.
Once you have filed a claim and have a Claim ID, email info@veefriends.com and share the Claim ID for support.
You received a tracking number in your order history, however, it says "delivered", and shows the wrong location.
Email info@veefriends.com with the wallet address you minted with, as well as the tracking number that is incorrect. Once this is done, the tech team will remove the wrong tracking, and the fulfillment process for your Compete and Collect Trading Cards will begin!
1) All Series 2 Minters (including eligible outstanding Series 1 Free Claims) have until the end of the year to Opt-In to claim their VeeFriends Compete and Collect Trading Cards!
2) For users we have reached out to via email to fix an invalid address, to update an address, or to collect CPF / CNPJ number to ship their package, you have until the end of the year to respond with the requested information in order to receive your Compete and Collect Trading Cards.
3) If you received a damaged package, you have 14 days after receiving it to send us an email for your claim to be eligible for possible replacement.
4) If your order has a tracking number that does not correlate with your order (wrong location), you have until the end of the year to reach out, in order for us to resolve the issue.
